Philadelphia, Pennsylvania T6

The three women in the fountain statue represent the three rivers that serve Philadelphia: the Delaware, the Schuylkill, and the Wissahickon. Logan Circle (also called Logan Square, though it is circular) was recently replanted (2009-2011) after dying Pawlonia trees were removed. It is a wonderful civic space among museums, libraries, schools, and other important buildings at the head of the Parkway, but it is not easy to reach across several lanes of traffic. There is another image of this fountain in the T6 gallery.
