This is obviously a residential frontage type, or, if you look closely, two types – stoop and lightwell. The buildings on this block range from three stories to ten or more, but that doesn't make the block T6 or even T5 if the character of the area is "general urban" and mostly residential. In relation to the rest of Manhattan, this is one of its more urban T4 zones. The frontage types tell you a lot about how to customize a transect-based code.
