Green Line Cafe, West Philadelphia, 48th and Baltimore. A "pop-up park" was installed here in summer 2011. (It is not in the picture.) Some residents complained that this spot does not need a pop-up park, because it already has users, and is across the street from a large square, Clark Park. Most likely, it was installed there exactly because it does have users, and the designers wanted the pop-up to be successful. Maybe it will be moved later.
