Oak Park, Illinois T6

Most small towns the size of Oak Park do not have a T6 Urban Core zone, but Oak Park's adjacency to Chicago and good transit connections attracts higher density than most small towns can. The vast amount of T6 in Chicago, in contrast to Oak Park's two or three block stretch, would need several subzones to reflect its varying heights and character in a transect-based code. The Miami 21 code is an example of subzoning T6 for height limits.
